# Run the workspace

This page is for the workspace owner and admins. You are the one who prepares the ground for the team: you open the company's tools, invite your colleagues and give them a seat. Once that is done, everyone links their own accounts and works from their assistant.

If you are a team member, there is nothing for you to do here: you link your accounts in [Your connections](/en/connections). Your password, Microsoft sign-in, security code and account deletion are in [My account](/en/account).

Everything happens in three sections of the console:

- **Modules**, to open a tool: [https://mitogen.ai/console/modules](https://mitogen.ai/console/modules)
- **Team**, for people and seats: [https://mitogen.ai/console/team](https://mitogen.ai/console/team)
- **Billing**, to add seats: [https://mitogen.ai/console/billing](https://mitogen.ai/console/billing)

## Who can do what

- **The owner** is responsible for the workspace. They invite people, assign seats, open tools and see billing.
- **An admin** does the same job day to day: team, tools, billing and seats.
- **A member** can see the team, but cannot invite, change a role or assign a seat. They work in their cases and link their own accounts.

## Open a tool for the team

Each tool has its own guide in [Tools](/en/tools): Odoo, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft files, Google files, Gmail and Telegram. The guide says what to prepare, what each screen shows, the rights, and what to do if something blocks.

The direct link to a tool is `https://mitogen.ai/console/modules/` followed by the tool, for example [https://mitogen.ai/console/modules/odoo](https://mitogen.ai/console/modules/odoo) or [https://mitogen.ai/console/modules/outlook](https://mitogen.ai/console/modules/outlook).

### Removing a binding

If you remove a binding, the accounts your colleagues linked to it are revoked. If it was the tool's last binding, the tool goes back to the modules catalogue.

## Invite someone

Before your first invite, the console may ask you to confirm your email address: see [My account](/en/account).

1. Open **Team**.
2. Click **Add members**. The **Invite** window opens.
3. Enter the person's email address, their role and a free seat. If no free seat is left, the page tells you.
4. Click **Send invite**.

The person receives an email with a link. They create their account, or sign in if they already have one, and join your workspace.

If you are short of a seat, add one in **Billing**, then come back to the invite. [The seat](/en/seats) walks you through it.

## Assign, change or remove a seat

In **Team**, on the person's row, click **Assign seat** or **Change seat**.

**Remove plan** disables the person's connections: they no longer count, and the assistant can no longer use them. If you give them a new seat later, they re-enable the connections themselves, one by one, in **Connections**, as long as there is room.

## What next?

- Your tools are open and your colleagues invited: each of them can now [connect Mitogen to their assistant](/en/start), then link their accounts in [Your connections](/en/connections).
- To learn what a seat includes and how connections are counted, see [The seat](/en/seats).
